Good to know

Smart-lock questions,
answered clearly.

Useful guidance before you choose a lock. Final fit always depends on the door and the exact model.

Often, yes—but the door material, thickness, existing mortise and available clearances must be checked before a model is confirmed.

That depends on the door and preferred access. Fingerprint and PIN models suit many apartments; video and facial-recognition models add convenience where compatible.

Local methods such as enrolled fingerprints, PINs, cards and the mechanical backup key do not normally depend on live internet. Remote app features may be unavailable until connectivity returns.

The featured models include a mechanical-key backup. Our installer explains its location and safe storage during handover.

Temporary or time-limited access depends on the selected model and app features. We confirm this during product selection.

Timing varies with the door, existing mortise and any required drilling. A door assessment gives the most reliable estimate.

The current company website states service across the UAE. Appointment timing is confirmed based on location and availability.

A remote photo assessment is often a useful first step. Some doors require an on-site measurement before compatibility can be confirmed.

Door thickness, backset, existing lock-body dimensions, handle clearances and door-edge condition are commonly reviewed.

Compatibility varies by model, frame, lock body and door construction. No door material alone guarantees a suitable fit.
